Yes, I realize that. I saw the chart and it showed the horse got plenty of play. That is probably the trainer off the claim, I guess, or a lack of any other solid horse to play. Sometimes when a horse gets freshened and works well , the exercise riders get all excited and the clockers start talking. Next thing you know, the horse becomes live when it really isn't . That happens a lot. I don't know the trainer other than he has had a bunch of violations in his career. Not my kind of guy for sure.
