agreed.
it WILL happen. the ultra-irony is that the cause of all of this is Kobe. The Laker fan cannot see this..
because KOBE is the drug they have been using to create a sense of superiority that they desperately seek.
"look. the problem is not the crack-cocaine.. it's my drug-counselor making all these waves"*
since Kobe takes credit for all Laker accomplishments.. he cannot be the problem.
YEY. Kobe cannot peacefully co-exist with any teammate that has the potential to outscore him on a regular basis..
(once in 10 games is acceptable)
SHAQ was better than Kobe, so Kobe made it emotionally intolerable to be there.
PHIL JACKSON can influence a game as much as a great player,*so Kobe made it emotionally intolerable to be there.
KOBE's style of co-existence can only possibly work if he is hitting at an astronomical rate of his shots. (which he is clearly not doing)
do not be fooled anyone.. the REAL cancer in LA is Kobe.
Everybody hates him. Kobe is not your teammate, he is your boss.*
At the Olympics, the other players just stopped talking to him. he is trying to psyche out everyone,
and screw their heads up for the up-coming season.. instead of just trying to win one for Team USA.
Lebron and Durant met in the Finals... and they left it there, where it belongs.
first, Kobe would go to Westbrook,
"Kevin says he's better than you"
then turn and go to Durant
"Russell says he's the reason you went to the Finals"
How can you expect to do well, when:
1) you insist that you alone are the ONLY dominant force on your team.
2) in an era where 2 (preferably 3) dominant players are required to win it all. *
