As did Rich Rod and every other spread heavy coach.

    Thanks pal.

It's pretty interesting that Belichick would even seek out advice in the first place judging by the perception of him as this all-knowing football guru.

Just goes to prove that image of him is a fukkin myth and not based in reality.

Also, it lends more credence to spygate.

He's been visiting college campuses for years. Nothing new. Did it with Meyer, Saban, Rich Rod too. Go deeper with your google searches.

Still mad that he coached the team that handed the sorry ass Eagles team an L in the last SB they will ever be in?

    Seeking out advice is wise.

Wasn't Belichick supposed to be a "defensive-minded coach?"

I don't care about that Super Bowl Grits.

It's still interesting though that Belichick sought his advice and actually switched to Kelly's system after learning it.

It shatters the myth of Belichick as this all-knowing football genius.

Geniuses don't need other people's advice.

Geniuses don't need to cheat either. Belichick is a total douchebag.

Your post is filled with pure ignorance. First, this is an old story. Second, Belichick has done this previously with other coaches such as Urban Meyer. Third, this is what brilliant men do, they seek advice and are open minded about leaning new philosophies, you should take a cue. Fourth, what in the hell does this have to do with Spygate?

This is the dumbest thing I've read....... How is it interesting "Belichick sought advice", how else is he supposed to learn? WTF? All the "GREATS" have mentors man. What "myth" Lol "Belichick as this all-knowing football genious" PLEASE! I guess the really really good ones just wake up with the talent....... NO! The best study study study, are persistent, and take and absorb information like a sponge and then interprut it as they feel. He is who he is for the hard work and dedication he put into it. Yeah he has been noted as a cheater, but he had to get to where he is today somehow, and it isnt "SOLEY" on cheating.

NOTE: I hate Belichick, but just saying............
