    Why do officials wait to see the result of the shot before calling a foul

    Its so blatant they dont even try to conceal it.

    If the shot misses its a foul, it they make it then no foul. What the hell kind of officiating rule is that?

    yeah thats a good call. especially with kobe......kobe misses, falls, gets up and 3 seconds later a whistle

    if he doesnt get the call the other team goes down and scores as he argues

    Because it's a fixed league. If he makes the shot, it's not a foul. If he misses it, it is.
