    when does the bill get passed or not? proline is junk i bet 4 games other day lost on 1 game because i only won by 5 points in a basketball game not 6.

    i'm not even sure when it will be passed or not got an email from covers to sign the petition and decided to spread the word. ya the only good thing about proline is the lines never change. so if your following someone like RAS then you usually get the same line he gives out. i only play combo plays cuz if you get screwed like you did then you atleast win your money back.

    proline has it's place... it's mostly a bad place - but as mentioned - lines are static and you can "buy" better lines much of the time because they don't change.
