    I'm a huge Duke homer, and this team will surprise me if they can finish with a top 10 ranking. Ryan Kelly and Tyler Thornton were laughing stocks two years ago, a bit more respectable last year but still nothing special. For the last two years I've said they needed to get a great freshman for this year or they'd be in a bit of trouble. They are very good inside, and are definitely better than Maryland, playing a bunch of freshman early in the season, so all that being said I'm taking the Coach K coached team with you.
    No idea what the line will be, should be interesting to see how that Maryland almost comeback effects everyones view of Kentucky.

    That comeback against Kentucky means nothing at all...that is what you should expect from a young team like Kentucky..play great for a half then come out flat the next...you will see this until coach Cal has had them for a few months..this team will be dangerous come january. Uk should have enough defense to handle Duke Tuesday.

    Kansas Returning 3 starters from last year's final four squad, and they are stout defensively. They do have a ton of freshman on this roster and will need time for the team to really gel (just like most). Michigan St is really going to have to get out on the break and get some easy buckets to win this game. The Problem with that is Kansas takes care of the ball and also can really get after the glass. Sparty trying to replace key re bounders from last season, not sure they can keep up in this one...

    Early in the season I don't bet much at all, going to try to learn the 2012 versions of these teams for a while... Expect the game to be played in mid/high 60's..

    Yeah, I bet it is a wierd line, Duke and Kentucky are the Yankees of College Ball their lines are always off because so many people bet on them from name recognition. If Duke is getting 5 or more I will pounce on that.

    I have to think they are going to void wagers at that number, or by close they will likely be opening themselves up to a 6+ point middle, or have extremely one sided action.

    Who knows, maybe they just suck (it would explain why they are seeming to have trouble paying some people)

    haha, yup that will be a huge line swing, I just can't see people laying off Kentucky getting points. Betonlines early lines are always off though, somethings by a few points. But this line lets you know that the game might open at a pick or a point either way.

    Dude defending champs means nothing...the entire starting 5 is new!!...Wiltjer is only player with any kind of experience. Uk still wins this game in a close one..too much talent..and that talent plays stingy defense.

    IF this game was when UK's freshman were more experienced (around March), the line would be around a PK maybe UK -1. Duke should obviously be around -2.5 or so. If I can get Duke at a PK or better I'm pounding
