Notre Dame has played good defensive teams this year, which has kept their offensive production down.
In terms of, defensive yards allowed per game, Notre Dame has played 3 teams in the top 8 (byu, michigan, michigan st). Oklahoma and Stanford are in the top 20. Two more in the top 38 (pitt and navy).
That makes 7 teams in the top 38. with that in mind they have averaged 400 yards a game this year. 200 rushing and 200 passing with a freshman quarterback.

If Oregon wins out. How does their body of work even compare, tennesse tech , Arkansas st, Colorado. Their signature wins that differ from notre dame would be Oregon st, Washington, Arizona vs Oklahoma Michigan st, BYU/Michigan.

After the Trojans beat nd in two weeks none of this will matter. Seriously....the nd offense is pedestrian at best. #3 if neither of those happen and they beat Wake Forest then they Would have to Dominate USC and still that wouldnt gurantee it so as a ND or hopeing for a Loss for either one Oregon has the Toughest Schedule left so it could be them that lose
