But I'm not licensed pal. Just take a deep breathe and try to process the entire event slowly. What were you doing when you first noticed the mariachi band? Ignore for now how that made you feel. We do not want to regress you to the time when you saw your mom get stuffed by the Fat Mexican guy selling Tamales at the grocery store. That's another session.
Just think long and hard while you let the entire situation unfold in your mind. Remember to not take into account any feelings of the event. If one emerges just remind yourself that through out the entire time you were safe, but just confused. Like that time Opie touched you in the men's room. It'll all be ok Carpe.
