    Internet Poker's finest.

    Fukkin Christ.

11 people left in a tournament that pays 9.

I have about 6k (an average stack).

Get KK 3rd position. Raise 3x the blinds.

This piece of shit OFUTBG(in case any of you play at Heritage, 5Dimes or bookamker) reraises all in. Mind you, he has about 40 more chips than me.

Basically we are both cruising until the bubble pops.

So, of course I can't fold KK. I can, but that's not good poker.

This fukkboy reraised me with A7 offsuit.

Of course you know who won that horse shit or I wouldn't be posting this on an empty fukking forum.

i hate that shit man, then they think they made the the right call when they have nothing but an ace high and a shitt offsuit card. When they hit the A on the river it just makes everything worse and they think they are pro

Totally agree. No shame. And then they wonder why they can't afford to put minutes on their tracfone.

i was playing today in 1-2 at heritage 200 on me. First hand. I get AA. I am big blind. Everyone folds but guy in front of me. He raises 4 bucks. I reraise to 10. He pushes 40. I go all in. He calls with 2-9 offsuit. Comes heart heart heart heart. I have 2 black aces. He has 2 hearts.

It seems that you can only do well at poker if you have the time to play it alot. You need tons of hands to lesser the number of bad beats.

I'm not sure if anyone here plays blackjack tournaments, but the same thing happens a ton in the tournaments I'm in. Last night, at a final table, I saw a guy double down on a 13(on the 3rd of 10 hands), hit an 8, and cruise to the win.

ya on internet tournaments its a push war in the beginning so a good strategy is just play strictly Grade A pairs for a while or fold and just let all the donks blindlessly go all in and not get caught up in it. Its amazing how fast donks drop

No shit. I am strictly just a tournament player. I don't play cash too often.

Missing a good deal of information here, but I've seen much worse. Depending on the blinds, the type of player he is, and the player he sees you as, a jam there isn't atrocious because he knows it's the bubble and believes you're folding everything but premiums. So if you're raising something like AJ AT KQ, mid PP, and anything else you may raise there, the chances of you laying it down are higher. So he's really only worried about JJ QQ KK maybe TT and AQ AK AA and he has a blocker to those.

Just crappy luck. You certainly aren't laying kings down there.

    Regular play in that site.
They all do that, no big pair survie A rag all in.
I quit playuing there because of that reason.

what was the buy-in for that tournament, you can't expect small stakes players to play good poker.

He may have assumed he had fold equity near the bubble, bad play nonetheless. Even in these situations the a7 is 29% to win.

This is how I would put it.

Unfortunate for you to lose, but not really a bad beat.

You didn't include the blind level and structure or the payout structure. These are important factors which determine how we optimally play a hand, especially on the bubble vs an opponent we don't have significant pokertracker stats on yet.
