    They're not the Packers, but thats what happens when you change offensive systems every 2 years. Bears have the personnel, now they just need to gain chemistry and consistency.

    Consistency within the offense is ver,y very important. Thats why all the best offensive teams have been in the same offense for years, and years, and years....
