Customer service sucks, have to wait weeks for payouts above pocket change, cant access their site half the time when more than 5 people are trying to make a bet. If it werent so sad it would be funny how these guys are portrayed as industry standard bearers. Its not just 5 Dimes either but sine this thread is about them....
