    how can i get money out of my paypal TODAY. went bust. need to reload.

    can't imagine no action today and tomorrow.

    i used to do it for my friend.

    Obviously not a stranger.

    He would transfer me xxx id give him the cash.

    then when i had the pay pal dc hed transfer to me and we would go to the bank and take it out

    Just ask your friends if any of them have the DC

    just call the book you use and see if they will accept your paypal account number. if not, dont you have a debit or credit crd?
