    If Tate is the starter he is definitely the play. If not I would go Pettigrew or Ridley. Pettigrew if it is a PPR league.

    Wait until 12 PM to see if Foster starts. Tate has the most upside. Even if he doesn't start he could get 60-110 yards and a touch.
