    Real pain in the ass for US. Net spend prepaid **** decent, can purchase at many local places and accepted at quite a few books. They do nickel and dime you with fees but they aren't bad. Also you will most likely need to fill out a form with the book. Advantage is once you have that card you can reload via your bank after some internet qualifications.
