West Coast Teams Playing Early Day Games in Central or East Coast Time ZOnes

Does anyone have stats for that?
    Especially interested in college hoops.
(EXAMPLE: Washington played at St. Louis University early last season, an 11:00 CST am Sunday morning game, SLU was up 50-25 at halftime.
Washington kids thought it was 9 am, had to get out of bed at 5 am their time.
SLU coasted and won by 9 or so.)

I am in a serious argument with someone. I know that there are stats especially NFL. I know it is not the season. I get it. Just asking.

You didn't say what sport so how could anyone post anything concrete.

Sure, those teams usually struggle, but it is usually already built into the spread so don't think there is any opportunity to profit off it.
