    BetOnline (SBR rating D+)

Using stiff bookmaker Robbie M\*\*\*\*\*\* and old Apex Sportsbook customer list to solicit new players. Multiple players have complained that Robbie is again dialing for deposits; this time, on behalf of the relatively unknown BetOnline. The operation is about one year old and is starting its first marketing campaign. Players should be weary of a sportsbook that chooses to use an individual with a soiled reputation to launch its brand.

Yeah, I've been getting their spam for quite awhile. It never really crossed my mind to deposit but it's never bad to have more information so thanks for posting.

Hey, it sucked that you robbed me for $10,000 but since you are honest.. lets give it another go!

Robbie is probably getting a commission sheet like he did at his last job. I doubt a book would hire him if he didn't bring customer lists with him, but then again, I am surprised he can get a job at a sportsbook at all.

PlatinumSB regretted hiring him and I'm sure BO will as well. New books don't always realize that players won't forget when they are cheated.

I was under the impression that betonline had some former mvpsportsbook people behind just like the pig and legend sports.

It's not the same book dipshits.

Bestline bought the betonline domain name.

Lots of books started at the bottom and moved up, they don't start everybody at A.

Not that Betonline should be an A.

Bumping this thread has a cute little sensationalist effect.

I have had good experiences with BOL and have no major dispute with the current "A" rating but I don't have strong feelings about it.

Anyway, here is some of the history of the rating and the aquisition if anyone is interested.

    Just an FYI.

Besides the collars they typically hand out, they are now going to severe (5Dimes like) delays of up to 45 seconds. Not a good sign--especially during football when they should be getting plenty of cash on both sides.

I will note the 45 second delay your currently getting. Also, I take it that for the most part there website is running smoothly at this time and not like it once was about a month or so ago?

BTW, You forgot to mention they they still aren't accepting MoneyBooker Katstale.

You are so right BBD--still no Moneybookers and if you deposit via Neteller..... well, good luck trying to get them to return it that way. I mean they will--but not without screaming, begging, pleading.

Ok, got a report today of 60 second delay--which now makes that the longest delay i ever heard of. Even Tony never threatened something like that.

Finally, how can SBR keep calling these guys an A book when the current practice of the company is to have the CS reps lie to the clients. They actually have the CS reps reading from a prepared script concerning the time delays:

"Sir, you are not on any time delay--you must be wagering during heavy internet hours or when we are busy! Try wagering at different times!!"

I mean come on--Bill? How can a book be an A book when it treats its customers like that. At least Tony has the decency to tell you to go **** yourself and leave. Ask them to tell the truth to clients or drop them down to C+ where they belong.

John, can the money they are paying you be that good?

Snack chip, it must be an "interest" thing. I mean if you put up the 60 sec delay you probably have in reality booted the guy and they are in Panama--so they are getting a good return on players money at the bank.

60 sec delay? Must be a polite way to boot a customer, no other explanation for a delay that long
