    Legal ques/thoughts

    My daughter works at a assit living and (she doesnt gamble )and agrees to take one of her residents to sands in Beth,pa.And they talk about her getting 1/2 of the winnings.Anyway he takes 2k with them plays BJ runs it up to 3.5k and they go to leave,And drops 5 in a slot and hits 12k,now he dont want to leave,she calls his family and they say leave him and we will pick him up (this was wed).Thur morning she goes to give him his meds,he is not there-she calls his family again and was told dont worry-he is still at the casino- they comped him and he paid a waitress to put him to bed- he hit for 50k.
    Oral agreements?(she doesnt care I was wondering)
