    Opening dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

    I don't count the games in Japan, or the game last night... Today is the REAL opening day.

    I'm getting goosebumps boys. The great thing about the start to a season if even if you're an Astros, Cubs, A's, Mariners, etc fan, you start with a fresh start. 162 games to go (for most teams).

    There's almost always a surprise playoff team, so even when the Reds were horrible in the early 2000's, I would hold out hope that they would make a run to the playoffs. I'd go on and on about my expectations for the Reds this year, but let's focus on the bigger picture boys. IT'S OPENING DAY!

    it helps if you played the game and understand all the intricacies and nuances...that said, I find it difficult to watch a whole game..usually have on in background and take a peak from time to time...

    If you have Directv they have their "Extra Innings" package that shows most of the games. This is like $200-$250 range, u can pay monthly for 6 months also.. The first 7-10 days are free though, can't remember how long.
