    Some of the smartest math guys on here don't even bet because they just don't understand how offshore books work, or for other reasons. Ganch is one such example.

    In terms of pure mathematics, Ganchrow is/was head and shoulders above me and I suspect the other guys you have listed too.

    In terms of applying maths/stats to betting, it doesn't really matter, a good understanding of logarithms, poisson distributions, binomial distributions and regressions (correctly applied) is still enough to gain an edge even if that edge is less pronounced than it was 5 or 6 years ago.
