    arum has already declared manny unavailable for may due to a cut received from the marquez fight

    which is funny...it prompted a funny tweet from fat rafael from espn...who has been known to bash floyd and kissy mannys ass...he said "just watched lennox/vitali again...you could fit pac inside vitalis cut and he fought 6 months later"

    Mayweather is arrogant and his style of fighting can sometimes be boring to watch. However, he's unbeatable and would crush Pacman. You figure the guy's going to jail and would be concerned about that. He's fearless, looking to fight before jail, that tells me he's dangerous and crazy.

    ive said it a hundred times and ill say it 100 more...to undestand why this fight hasnt been made...you need to know the relationship between floyd and arum...most of these casual fan ***** dont understand shit about it

    when floyd was with arum he was a star in boxing....but not well known outside of the ring....he was a god to hardcore fans but not a superstar....he was well paid and taken care of on that front by arum....he made good money from hbo.....but floyd wanted bigger things...he wanted to be a superstar...a mainstream name

    he wanted to fight oscar to help launch him to that status...arum said he didnt want to do it...that he would lose money....floyd also wanted to tap the urban audience....but arum wanted to promote him as the clean cut all american black kid.....floyd bought out his top rank contract for 700k...mere peanuts when you consider what floyd has been able to do since......he got the fight with oscar after that and the rest is history...the guy is a ppv megastar.....and arum cant stand it....was the same with oscar....oscar left bob and started his own thing ....so now bob has gone out of his way to make himself a new star....through careful promotion and matchmaking he has turned manny into a superstar....but manny cant break free because he isnt savvy enough to know that, even though hes making more money than he ever dreamed of, hes still getting ****** by arum.....arum would rather die than let his new pet project hes spent years developing, lose to the "slave" that escaped the plantation

    arum just said manny couldnt be available in may because of a cut

    during the first round of negotiations floyd put the demand out there...pacs team laughed and said "ok thats fine....we want a 1 mil per lb you go over contracted weight...thats our clause"...it was like a slap in the face because he came in over weight for marquez

    then next thing you know pac is walking away and has a fight in dallas with josh clottey ....which was what arum had planned the whole time he was pretending to negotiate a fight with floyd....arum had his sights set on dallas and an in house opponent the whole time

    If you were making $50M+ a fight promoting a boxer who you knew would get his clock cleaned against a certain opponent, would you setup the bout? Arum will take the fight, but only if there's guaranteed to be at least one rematch and Top Rank get the lion's share of the PPV money. Thus, no bout.

    Last I checked Floyd is the one undefeated, he brings in more revenue for HBO, HBO PPV and has made Manny Pacquaio relevant by virtue of their not having fought yet. Floyd should be getting at least 60%.
