If you had more than $5000 in your online accounts, why didn't you start with that number? I don't know why you just put $5000 into the SBR spreadsheet when that number is irrelevant.

Most European bettors will have many, many accounts. Bear in mind the player doesn't incur any deposit/withdrawal fees (Neteller/Moneybookers). More outs allows for line shopping and bonus whoring if you are that way inclined.
