    keeps getting declined on 5dimes and all gambling sites pretty much, does this happen a lot im just wondering before I call

    my bank will always call afterwards and ask if I was the one that made the charge. Many of these books have very suspicious looking companies set up for the deposits. it throws a huge red flag to your bank.
