Is this ban for the same or somewhat similar offense in the past? or totally unrelated?
I'm assuming it booking related....
My philosophy is always everyone is entitled to a mistake....punish and correct it.....if they continue to do the same thing again then it's not a simple mistake anymore it's a determined pattern and lack of effort......they have to go then.
