    I need to get the attention of a mod or someone to help me

    Well i posted this a few times but long story short last week i was playing roulette and i have money on alot of number but i had $25 on a number because that was the age of my mother when she passed, but anyway i spun the wheel the screen went white for a few seconds than it can back and the ball was on the number well it diddnt pay me and it also counted as a loss so it took all my credits. I contacted live support and they gave me a email and i emailed and no response, than i also pm a few people and no response so were do i go from here?
