    Does Dr Bob move the needle anymore?

    Seems like he's become irrelevant. Can't win anymore, doesn't move the line. Doesn't stop him from quoting a record that's 20 years old.

    Same thing for Phil Steele, except everyone knows that he sucked for 15 years.

    If the line moves Dr. Bobs play was on the right side, if it doesn't move or goes against him it was a bad play. So don't bet his plays, wait and see how the market reacts.

    And other pros have used info he used to provide to 'crack' the basic structure.of his math model. Then they play the games before he releases his plays, stealing the value, especially on and around key numbers. Bob is still sound, but he's just a better than average capped. That's not good enough for moat people, they want a tout that hits 60% every year, FOR FREE. Doesn't exist, but don't try to tell them otherwise.
