Just a bad start to the game. Don't know how to execute with a runner on 3rd and 1 out and then the Pirates do. Bad for momentum.

Braun may very well win the mvp, every time you rip a guy for one at bat it just shows everyone how much of an amateur you actually are at this.

Any MVP talks that don't start with Kemp are foolish.

'It's early' is usually not applicable when the opposing team is giving away at bats and swinging early in the count and grounding into double plays. Before you know it, it is the 8th and not so early anymore.

A sucker bet... an 8 pitch inning for the double A gas can... Brewers aren't focused today, this will be like game 2 on Monday. Mark my words.

I got this game on TV and I'm seeing the same pathetic effort I saw in game 2 on Monday. I'd buy out of my bet right now if I could get a decent price. These clowns are going to tank this game just like game 2.

marcum looks awesome so far - just that 1 bad pitch to the leadoff hitter, the brewers will find a way to scratch across 3 or 4 runs...

Kershaw and Halladay have the same record, except the Dodgers are like 30 games behind the Phillies.

Kershaw also has a better ERA, WHIP, and more K's.

Honestly... Kershaw over Halladay is a lock. You're nuts if you don't think so.

Guys have roughly the same numbers, and if you think its going to a guy on the Dodgers over the World Series favorite, then youre nuts

Wow, these worthless guys are making 5 + ERA double A Thompson look like Roy Halladay.

Unreal how little effort they are giving.

Debatable, but also not the point I am arguing. Kershaw would not win the Cy Young if the season ended today.

    See, we can agree.

This guy is nuts if he thinks Kershaw won't win over Halladay... Being 11 games over .500 for a team 10+ under is an amazing accomplishment.

furthermore, he's gonna be on a 60 pitch count today... that means the brewers get to face that overworked shtty pittsburg bullpen for about 5-7 innings...
Textbook definition of a square, right here boys. Your double A scrub is looking pretty good, huh?

Then put money on it. I have Kershaw, you have Halladay, $2000. We can pay through paypal.

And Marcum just walked the pitcher. I swear.. every time I bet the Brewers, they play worse than a JV high school team.

if the voting were held today, kershaw would definately win it.

team record does not matter when it comes to the cy young award. greinke won it in 2009 after kc went 65-97.

lincecum also won it in 2008 after giants went 72-90.

The records will be similar. The ERA will be similar. The WHIP will be similar. But Kershaw will have a lot more strikeouts, and I do think they will give him some votes b/c he did so well on such a terrible team.

Kershaw has also been better lately, whereas Halladay was consistently great throughout the season, and if you have a must-win game youre going with Halladay over Kershaw.

It is disgusting how bad the Brewers look today. If they can't hit this gas can from AA, how do they expect to hit any Phillies' pitchers in the playoffs? Gonna be an ugly sweep.

You guys are hilarious. Every day the Brewers are apparently facing "the worst pitcher in baseball"

This happens all the time. Christ, for the last time VEGAS IS NOT STUPID. The line was where it was for a reason. There is a lot of game to play and anything could happen but being surprised by this just screams to everyone "I am a huge amateur!"
