Well considering the S&P500 had earnings of $50 in 2008 and forecasts of $95 this year and well over $100 for 2012 and the ostriches were slapping a 14 or 15 mulitple on those future earning.......well it isn't difficult to see that if the earnings pull back to $75-$80 and with a 11 or 12 multiple in that decelerating environment then the S&P500 could go to 850-950.

The market is clearly pricing in a new level. Don't fight it.

Prediction here is it will end when the deterioration of the market becomes parallel with the rate of inflation minus artificial inputs (stimulus packages etc)...By this rationale we still have a way to go b4 a steady outlook be forecasted...

Only idiots buy stock. Thats like betting into -800 lines wheyou can bet it at -101 with a option call or put.

I bought the shit out of FAZ which went up 28% today and was shorting BAC and leveraging out puts. Anyone with half a brain knows when the market drops the general public gets slaughtered and those that have a clue get rich overnight. Shit if you were buying $6 puts on b of a a week ago u could of made 80,000 off of a 3k investment already.
