    larger fish , like tuna , has higher Mercury (other metals) content

    1" to 2" whole Sardines much much less therefore better for you

    many MA plans offer a supplemental OTC benefit where you can order/acquire a good number of OTC supplements. I know of one that had a Viagra (generic) and a golf benefit as well.
