When you restart your computer hold f8 to start windows in safe mode. Then once you're in safe mode install

If you can't figure out how to start windows in safe mode then type MSconfig into the search text box and change your reboot options, and after you do that reboot your computer. Once you install one of those programs run a virus scan in safe mode and then delete all of the quarantined items. It should catch that virus for you. That isn't a very serious virus and 500 is way too much to fix a Laptop. You could buy a new Laptop for 500... Right Click on “My Computer” and goto “Properties”. Then goto the “Advanced” tab and under the headline “Startup and Recovery”, press the “Settings” button. Untick the “Automatically Restart” box and press Ok.
