    Also Christmas Eve. NHL used to play then, but they take 2 days off, and the NBA plays Christmas Day.

    well monday mlb had all-star game stuff w/the home run derby, which you could bet on, but literally there is no action in any of the four major professional sports today...i think that's what OP is getting at
