Pete-0 if you dont want to dish out for MLB extra innings, then Streamtorrent is your only option. You wont find sites that have flash video streams like they do for other sports.

firstrowsports, usually has a lot of different options for each game. Maybe its just the specific game you want that is not the best quality?

firstrowsports only has one or two links for baseball and pete is right its a streamtorrent link.

Streamtorrent is okay if you dont mind waiting 5 minutes for it to load and 5-10 minute delay between the feed and live.

I never had that 5-10 minute delay, usually mine is just a couple of seconds behind the TV coverage.

I used it early this year, and it didn't seem that bad for baseball.
I usually just use their links they have for football, and its usually in HD and right on time esp. for the Red Zone Channel.

I thought firstrowsports, always just posted every link available to see the game on the 'net. I am wrong thinking that?

neverstopper maybe its just my connection but the MLB feeds are always at least 5 minutes delayed from live tv when i view them off streamtorrent.
