    if you are losing that much and it is emotionally getting to you it is for sure time to take a break. i always take a break the moment a losing day effects my mood for the day.

    everyone could talk to they are blue in the face here but to be honest it will not help you. you got to want yourself to take a break or quit. just thought i'd share when I know i need to step back for awhile.
