How much do SBR mods make?

Is it enough to live off of?

    Bobbi? Shari?

I'd take MOD over my job any day and for 75% of the pay which I am guessing might still be higher than it actually pays.

If they get paid less than $3000 a month, then I dont think that it would be worth it to even do the job. I mean you can hardly raise a family on less than $3000 a month

I actually had a chat about this with Cougar Bait last week. The answer: This job is much more involved than I'd ever imagined. It's not just handing out infractions and moving threads as it somewhat appears at times. That's maybe 5% of my role if that. And I'm obviously not saying it's the same as digging ditches or whatever, but there are definitely days where I'm just as mentally drained, if not more so, than I ever was when I was working FT at my other job. I've gained so much respect for the people who have done this for a significant length of time and done it well.

Haha, it's all good. That's somewhat what I'd assumed as well before I actually found out more about the role before I started. And then as time progresses, duties change, you become more equipped to handle certain things, you develop your knowledge in other areas of the business so you take on more responsibilities as a result, etc... But I totally see why people think that. And that's cool.
