    I asked about that because I understood that "active" meant there was money in your account...but they said that "active" meant that you're account has been open. They said I don't get the bonus because I've never made a deposit there.

    I've never had a problem with BetJam before. They've always been very professional and today is the first "problem" I've had with them. The bonus is probably less than $50 based on their formula, so it's not that big of a deal. I just don't like that they're saying my account was opened in 2008 (actually 2006) and that I've never made a deposit before.

    I have dealt (and still deal with) almost every B- to A+ operator in the business. Have been for several years. I've even dealt with some HORRIBLE ones as well.

    Scotty and Herman, BY FAR, are the most honourable and solid guys in the business. It is rare to hear people talk crap (complete nonsense really) about these 2 fine gentlemen and when I hear stuff like this I know for certain that the rare ones who do complain usually haven't a clue what they are talking about.

    Boys, the bottom line is Scotty, Herman and BetJamaica are absolutely ROCK SOLID. If you want to feel safe playing at an offshore sportsbook book then go play at BetJam or TheGreek.
