Terms:

2. Player is solely responsible for ensuring that the information registered with the account is correct. Verification may be required.
3. Player must be 21 years of age at the start of the tournament(s) included in the package.
4. Package is personal and may not be transferred.
5. Packages are not refundable for cash.
6. Player approves that Betsson uses his or her personal details for registration, administration and marketing purposes.
7. Player is solely responsible for following instructions provided by Betsson regarding for example tournament registration, sign-up, gear pick-up and hotel check-in.
8. Player is solely responsible for making sure he or she abides by dress codes, ethical rules or other requirements set by the event organizer.
9. Player is solely responsible for showing up in time for the event.
10. Player is solely responsible for making sure winnings are taxed according to local jurisdiction and law.
11. Betsson retains the right to change information about this event at any time.
12. Betsson retains the right to cancel the event and replace the package with a package of equal value to another event of Betsson´s choice.
13. If a player wins multiple packages, additional packages of the same type will, at the discretion of Betsson, be converted to another live event package of the same value.
14. Failure to comply with any of these terms may - at the sole discretion of Betsson - lead to the player forfeiting his right to all or some elements within the package such as buy-in and/or accommodation.
15. Player accepts that photos, name and/or videos from the event can be published in media. Player will sign a media release upon registration to the event at the casino.
16. Player must wear branded gear (clothes etc) made available to player at the location or in advance.
17. Player may not, while playing any event included in package, represent another site or sign sponsorship with any other gaming operation.
