I think OKC wins the series. I think the Grizz win 2 games at home though. The Grizz are really good in the paint and have good rebounders so this might be closer than what some people think.

I am not going to put any bets on this series. The grizz are always upsetting the haters, and beating the odds. They didn't only beat the spurs but controlled the series.

OKC probably takes the series, it'll be competitive though. Looking forward to it, good to see young and different teams fight it out.

Grizz took 3 of 4 from us in the regular season and are playing great ball right now. I think the series will come down to which team can stop the other's scorer-Durant or Randolph. I do think OKC has a better chance of stopping Z-Bo with Ibaka on him and the fact that Durant will create shots over any smaller Memphis defender. Surely no cakewalk to the Western finals, Memphis will pose a greater challenge than Denver did.

Its not out of the question, although this Spurs series probably wore on them some both physically and mentally. They play better basketball than OKC does, thats the most important thing.

I'd like to see the Memphis guards outplay OKC's guards. If not, its gonna be a short series.

lotta of the grizz success against the thunder comes from the rudy gay v kevin durant matchup. without gay, i honestly don't know what's going to happen in this series but i can tell you this...it will be a very tough series for okc to win. the grizz ain't the nuggets. they're coming to bang, and the thunder appear to be ready for it, but it's whether they can be efficient enough to stop the grizzlies. because the last 8 seed to advance wasn't a very good team, they just got hot and kept hitting jumpers. this should be a different story. but if gay was healthy, no question grizz win and i'd put money on the series

right. kendrick perkins, meet marc gasol. meet zach randolph when you're trying to get your rebound. meet tony allen on help d, and try not to lose the ball. memphis ain't gonna lay down for anyone. they are an incredible team all of a sudden.

listen, my buddy back in november said he could get good seats for the game after thanksgiving thru some corporate connection he had. it was against the warriors, and i said, sweet, hook it up, because the grizzlies might actually win that game. this team is so different than the team they started the season with. memphis is playing remarkable ball.

I think Memphis was very lucky to win game 1, then the Spurs started playing the worst bball they've played all year

Spurs were on autopilot making no-look passes, while Memphis had a body in place to intercept

stale, scripted, sloppy gameplay by the Spurs all series, and Memphis was just too hot shooting the ball

can't trust flakes like Randolph & Mayo to sustain this level of play against a better organized & more talented team like OKC

so to answer your question, NO

Whose more efficient in the halfcourt on offense? Who plays better defense? OKC struggled to score 100 points against an uptempo, defensively challenged Denver squad.

I didnt see any specifics you pointed out, bottom line is Spurs are indeed old and played like it, Memphis had too much energy and played with purpose.
