If Tony Allen can stop durant from putting over 25 points they have a good chance. Allen is a great defender. My money is still on Laker heat final.

Whippit, you are downplaying Grizzlies effect on Spurs.

Grizzlies were first in creating turnover's, and top 5 in 3pt defense during the regular season.

Spurs were not built for the playoffs this year. They were no longer the physical bully that wore you down on defense, and owned the paint on offense. Spurs lead the league in 3pt percentage this year, and relied on that. That is a regular season stat that rarely holds up in the playoffs, since you are playing good teams. And I'm guessing you did not notice Tim Duncan is no longer a Top 10 player. Which leaves Spurs with no low post threat. Grizzlies had better post players, which is conducive to winning in the playoffs. Thats why the Lakers, for the last 4 years, have not had any trouble around this time.

    BOL betting against the Grizz.

Also to all whom this is concerned, please stop mentioning that Grizzlies have no one to guard Durant. Durant averaged 28+ points during the regular season, therefore no one has a chance @guarding him. The NBA has about 20 guys who cant be guarded one-on-one. If this is news to you, go jump off a tall building. BOL.

Line will tell the tale. If Memphis are +150 or less then they got a great shot.

I see the they did well in the regular season, Perkins with Ibaka weakside against Randolph is a matchup I want to see, I think that'll determine it.

I made money fading the Spurs, anyone who took the Spurs missed out. Now it's time to fade Memphis vs OKC since the bandwagon is already picking followers.

Denver tried to play the inside game vs OKC and failed, Memphis will do the same, probably do a better job but won't win this series.

probably already said but Memphis has played OKC well this season. However that was prior to the Perkins and Mohammed editions. OKC is the better team but they play the games for some reason.

did OKC have perkins when they played memphis during the regular season, that might be a factor?

You have no clue. Memphis dominated the regular season games hard and OKC fans are scared of playing them. I dont think much has changed since. At home Memphis will win for sure and they can steal one of those away games. OKC match up bad with Memphis, even worse than the Spurs. And Spurs are obviously the better team. Wouldn't surprise me if Memphis win the series.

If they beat the number 1 seed, no reason to believe it's not possible to beat a 4 seed.

A 4th seed they totally dominated during the season. Its just a bad matchup for OKC. If Memphis play like they did against the Spurs they will beat OKC easily.

stale, scripted, sloppy gameplay by the Spurs all series, and Memphis was just too hot shooting the ball

can't trust flakes like Randolph & Mayo to sustain this level of play against a better organized & more talented team like OKC

so to answer your question, NO
what more orginized than Spurs? Are you listening to yourself? This series is priced very bad, +300, give me a break, Griz can win, and they can take a lead for sure....this is very good hedging opportunity if you think that Memphis do not have a chance to win this series...they know they can win it and they play great ball +300 is a good price for the team that whip the best team in the NBA

I will take the +6.5 Grizzlies for the first game. Watch very closely which way this series will go? I like Memphis in the paint and they are very aggressive (Physical). Also the total set at 197.5 we might find value here? Should be a tight series?

Cant tell some people things though, they think Durant and Westbrook and automatically think no way that OKC can lose, but this is basketball, a team sport and Memphis is playing better team basketball right now.

Thunder win the series. I think Memphis came out and caught the Thunder relaxing in game won. When the Thunder turn up the intensity the rest of the series Memphis will fold. I say Thunder in 6.
