    Dad, you need to remove the duke option. They were proved innocent and the North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper not only dismissed the charges but he took the unusual step of declaring the accused players innocent. The lead prosecutor was even disbarred.

    solid analysis, i watched a 2 hour thing on Tyson case though and was convinced that their was at least a reasonable chance he was not guilty. (also has he ever been accused of rape before?) very unlikely to just decide to rape someone all of a sudden and then not ever do it again.

    I would say Tyson and OJ are the only two that are 100% guilty (in my mind)

    Kobe - Broad was out for coin
    Big Ben - Broad was fuked up, probably regretting it after the fact
    Kirby - Who cares? He grabbed some broad, she probably liked it
    Lewis - Could have been any of those hooligans in the posse

    Im guessing a lot of people say Tyson is guilty just because of the way he looks and talks. However when you hear all the evidence from the case, their certainly was reasonable doubt.

    could be true, however the evidence in the case was really not there and boiled down to he said, she said. Wrongful conviction in my mind, as their certainly was reasonable doubt. (he certainly could have done it as well)
