    Hollywood Sports Book

    I just got a reminder why I quit using Hollywood Sports Book a few years ago. On Monday March 21 I received an e-mail from the promotions dept detailing a new promotion called "Let It Snow" I will post a copy of it at the end, but what it promoted was a free $20 play if the city they have on file for you received 1/4 inch of snow you would be credited the free play. Here in Mich we got 4 inches Tue -Wed and I sent in all the needed data. I have called them since Wed and have gotten nothing bull the run around. They kept saying re send the e-mail which I have several times. My point is if they cannot even live up to a $20 promotion, it kind of tells about their whole operation. Just wanted to let players know if they are thinking of posting up any money there, I would not recommend it all based on their lack of customer service

    Terms and Conditions

    • The week consists of Monday, March 21- March 27th
    • Contest is open to all Hollywood account holders.
    • Active* depositing players will receive the full $20 Free Play (*active is defined as having made a min $100 in deposits since Jan 1st) Non active players will receive $10 Free Play
    • Fresh new snow must be recorded by recognized weather authority such as theweatherchannel.com
      or www.weather.gov
      or your local weather station
    • Snow must be ¼ inch in accumulation
    • You must email us within 48 hours of the recorded snowfall to be eligible. Email must be sent to contests@hollywoodsportsbook.com with your name, CID# and city you live in and day of recorded snowfall with SNOW DAYS in the subject line
    • Your Hollywood account address will be used for city of residence.
    • Once we verify your entry and is determined to be valid, we will award your free play within 48 hours and notify you by email.
    • 1 entry per person
    • Free Play is used for straight wagers only
    • General house rules apply

    I actually liked some of the books promotions , poorly rated books should spend more money on getting their reputation up to par, than spending money on girls and marketing
