Free play is money you can bet once where you only keep winnings which are subject to rollover, cash is just like regular cash. Rollover is the amount of times money needs to be wagered before you can withdraw.

$100 cash with 6X rollover for example:

All bets +100 for $100. You WLWLWL (win, lose, win, lose, win, lose). So you went 3-3 in 6 consecutive bets of $100. Now you have rolled over the $100 6X and you can cash out.

With freeplay you have to win the first bet to convert to cash and you don't get the bet back so you are one step behind cash.

on a free play a push counts as a loss also. if you place a $10 free play bet risking 11/10 and you win you receive $10 not the winnings plus what you risked like you would with cash.

so it bascially has no effect on the money thats already in my account

like i cant take that 100 dollar plus the 500 bucks in my account and make thats 1 600 dollar bet?

and if i do the 100 sports book cash and it loses on the first 100 dollar bet then im all done correct

yeah pretty much so, some books have max's on freeplay payouts if you parlay or take a big moneyline dog. Some of the sports cash on here now has roller's on them also.

Bookmaker has a 5X rollover on sportsbook cash.

That's a great question. I think you need to call the CS of the book and ask them what happens if you have cash in your account. But I'm pretty sure if you make a $600 bet with $100 cash you received from the store it will not count as 6X rollover. You can only rollover $100 at a time with each bet.

yea pavy tried explaining the roll over, so basically before u can use that roll over u need to wager that 100 dollars at least 6x or 600 dollars worth.
