Not that I am defending touts as many are dishonest, and terrible handicappers. But do people not understand that to bet professionally you need a large amount of capital that many people don't have laying around?

If you wanted to be a dime bettor, you would need MINIMUM $50,000 to start.

Even at that, if you go 550-450 for the year (which would be great) you are making 55K before taxes.

Every person who can hit 55% does not have 50k or more to just start betting professionally, and I don't think there is anything wrong with those people selling their opinion. The trick is actually finding someone who is honest, and can win. Those things are easier said than done.
