My union working buddy who is an insulator for large jobs, has seen 1st hand what non union
work looks like. He gets a lot of work from companies that hired non union cheap labor.
They have to go in and redo what the other guys screwed up.

So, do you pay more to have it done right the 1st time or hire the cheapest bidder and
have to have it redone, costing twice as much?

No debate? So you would rather the company make huge amounts of profit off of you,
while your struggling to feed your family?

Why are corps sitting on huge amounts of profit, because of their low paying, no benefits,
and temporary overworked workers. They drop their workers pay, make them work harder,
don't pay into their 401K's and maximize health insurance the employee has to pay.

I don't want to hear crap about unions, there aren't enough out there to make a difference.
