I just want to thank you and all the employees there at SBR for putting out such a great product. I really enjoy logging onto the forums and reading everything there is here. There is a lot of information, insight and humor that makes this hobby a little more interesting. Gamblers are often though of as lonesome wolves so to speak (I sometimes fit in to that stereotype), but this forum proves that wrong and gives me a chance to discuss sports, sports gambling, poker and other issues that I do not get to do on a day to day basis in "real life".

You guys deserve an atta boy for putting up with what goes on in the forums. I am sure it gets to you from time to time, but what a job it is to get paid for working in an industry that is so much fun.

Please keep up putting out such a great product. I for one have no desire to slum off to some of the other sites. I know SBR has everything I am looking for here. I have mentioned before to a couple of books that if they would treat me and others more as a customer than an ATM they would have the market cornered. For example when I go to Vegas I stay at the same hotels and casino's not because they offer something that is that much better than what everyone else has to offer. I stay at the same places over and over because of how they treat me. I get that feeling here at SBR. I know you are trying to make money like everyone else, but it is how you treat your customer while you make money that is the difference. I tell my colleagues that if you exceed your customers expectations you will never have to worry about whatever product it is that you are offering. SBR meets or exceeds my expectations.

I look forward to being an SBR customer for a long time. Please continue to evolve the site for the best, keep your standards high, customer service top notch and the rest will take care of itself. I hope I get the chance to meet you and your staff someday and shake your hands.
