Your problem does not seem to be your game, you say you have built up a nice amount on poker and sports before, the problem you have is in the mind.

Money management for you is useless, for most people its pointless because they only apply it while they are winning. When the bad run hits all that MM talk goes out the window, all you can think of is the losses and how quickly you can make those losses back and you won't stop until those losses are won back but can't understand why you keep losing. In this state of mind everything you pick will lose, everything you do will lose, its the losers mentality and it will take everything in your account. This irrational mental state will have such a negative effect on your judgment that whatever you do it won't win.

Alot of people new to the game are very arrogant, win a few thousand and think they invented the wheel, they become so self-obsessed in their own greatness that all it takes is a few losses to take these big egos over the edge. Never think you are great, always remember you can improve.

Anybody can go on a winning streak, a good cappers worth is how he deals with the losses, nobody wins 100% so ask yourself why a few bad beats tips you over the edge.

When you learn some discipline, how to control your emotions and humility then you can succeed in anything in life, Money Management and different theories will start to be of use to you but until then you will just go round and round in a loop. You will forget these losses can some time in the future have another breakdown.
