Happy 4th Of July ‘Fly Me’ crew! Had a few friends over yesterday & we made a Mexican street corn casserole - We couldn't find the 'elote' seasoning, so we made our own up. Caribbean jerk chicken skewers & mojo vegetable skewers with watermelon for dessert - just like our forefathers used to do!
