This is the only one where Vietnamese are allowed. It’s the same way in Singapore, however Singaporean residents have to pay $100 to enter. The government knows its a losing proposition, they don’t want their own people losing their money. Vietnam has 100s of Casinos but it’s all foreigners, mostly Chinese , Korean and Japanese. However ; there is no international travel here. Vietnam is closed off to the world. All the casinos are struggling except the one here in Phu Quoc.
