Those are the ones I would consider legit. For example Starcasino is licensed in Belgium, Lopoca is Austria-based, Jokerbet licensed in Spain with landbased shops. They vary in limits and range, e.g. Jokerbet doesn't offer all lower leagues, LVbet has small limits but they all are useful in a way.
