I just thought of a question... Since this resort has a casino, do we know if they ALSO have some kind of players' club thingie, whereby you register, receive some card to track your play, and then can have your play reviewed at the conclusion of your stay to get your final charge potentially reduced?? I do this routinely in Vegas and Connecticut, if I'm not already comped for my nights.

At the group level we are not able to enroll guests in the program ourselves, but the hotel has said individuals with questions on the casino players club program should contact the Hard Rock Casino at host@hardrockcasinopuntacana.com.
