My cashout experiences with Bitcoin thusfar:

5Dimes: email confirmation, large withdrawal limits, whole process took about a day from request to my BTC wallet. Top notch.

Heritage: phone confirmation, 3k/day limit, ~6 hours from request to wallet. Great except for the limits.

Bookmaker: no confirmation, big limits, ~4 hours. A+.

Nitrogen: no confirmation, lightning speed, no issues with limits yet. Superb.

Jetwin: sends an email confirming the request, which maybe could alert me to a potential fraudulent transaction in time? ~6 hours, no issues with limits yet.

Looselines: live chat confirmation, ~6 hours.

MyBookie: repeated issues, 1k/week limit and $15 fee per request. Yuck.

When you deposit, do you ever pay more than the minimal required fee? Do you ever try sending BTC without any fee and how long do these two options may take? My understanding is the amount you deposit is irrelevant to the fee you pay?
