So was the time Buffer read correct or incorrect?

I'm not interested in a philosophical debate about Buffers time having to be correct because he's the official time keeper or whatever.

what time was the fight waived off?

I didn't see the fight and am not sure whether or not the video posted was legit

According to the television, it was waved off at around with around 2:39 or 2:38 left to go in the 3rd round. But the TV clock isn't always right. But I don't know if it has ever been off that many seconds.
